Habitat for Humanity Build:
August 21st from 7:45a until 3p with a one hour lunch. 14 (with parental permission) and older welcome. Male and female welcome. No experience necessary. If you can only work a half day it is possible as long as we have someone to do the other half. We need 15 builders and we will need a "support crew" to provide water and lunch. We need a definite commitment by August 8, so in case we can not provide 15 builders Habitat can open it up to others. Build is for a single disabled lady and it will be a "green" house. Please sign up at the information table this Sunday.
Green Thumb Trading Post:
WoW! FCFC has its own co-op for all things green! Thank you bunches, Mary, for birthing this wonderful opportunity and thank you bunches, Miss Ivie, for your willingness to organize the surplus! Ladies if you are bringing in any plants on Sunday(s) please let us all know via ‘green thumb e-mail blast.’

*NOTE: If you will be attending and need childcare, we will be happy to provide it for you at no cost BUT you MUST tell Deb at least 3 days in advance of the date. This way, she has time to hire a sitter for you. Contact Deb for more information.
Ladies Ministry:
Jammin' with Julie happens Friday, August 13th, 9am till 2pm we will JAM PEACHES!!! And maybe squeeze canning a few peaches also.
Saturday, September 11th, Let's meet for breakfast at the I-Hop, Winchester, near the hospital. 8am till 10am(ish).
Man Church:
In the spirit “helpin’ a brother out”, our men will work the “Honey-do-list” at someone's home in a couple of weeks. There is a drawing this Sunday! Our men are serious about serving our church family and it starts this Sunday.Get your ‘honey-do lists’ ready for next months drawing. You never know when your name will pop out of that toolbox!
Our men are looking for other ways to serve our church and our community. If you have a need or know of a need in your community, please contact Donnie.
